Spring Fever!

Ahhh...I got my first pedicure of the year a few days ago, I've had my sunroof open, and my flip flops on for about a week now.  It's spring!  I love it!  This spring weather makes me want to stop straightening my hair every day and let it be all wavy/crazy curly.  But I need some new product recommendations.  Any curly/wavy girls out there who use something AMAZING in their hair care to share?!  I hear Sephora calling my name...

In addition to being excited about spring, I'm also excited to be the featured teacher over at Teaching Blog Addict today!  Head over there and check out my post to grab some spring freebies!

Aaannddd...I was excited to find the time to update some of the items in my TpT store to be all springified!

I'm also thinking it's going to be time for another fun teacher blogger exchange soon!  Our spring break is in eight school days, so I'm sure Sarah and I will spend part of our break getting a new exchange ready.  I'm kind of thinking about either a Pinterest-inspired exchange {Thanks to Lisa from Live, Laugh, and Learn to Love for the idea of "A Very Pinteresting Exchange"!} or an Oprah-esque favorite things exchange.  Any other fun ideas out there?

Oh, back to those fun springy things I just posted in my store...I'll be giving ALL of those away to one lucky person.  Just say anything in the comments {say hi, suggest a hair product, tell me I'm wonderful, leave an idea for the upcoming exchange, anything goes!} and I'll choose one lucky winner tomorrow when I get home from school!

Cute Books! I see that you love KPM Doodles too. I am slightly addicted to them. Spring has sprung here in Western NY too but I am such a doubter! We usually get our best snowstorms in March!

My hair is stick straight -- I have no advice for you! :)
It is cold and rainy here . . . I am jealous of your flip flops. :)

I have curly hair and once it gets warm....I can forget about straightening it! I use Curls Rock from CatWalk and I could not live without it! It has the right amount of control without being stiff.

Love all the books too! They are fabulous!

CUTE!!! I am lucky enough to live in Florida and wear flip-flops most of the year (which I LOVE), but I do celebrate the few days of the year I get to wear my Uggs!

I honestly just use Herbal Essences Spray GEL for my curly hair...It's important that you get Spray GEL and not hairspray--a little different. It's less than $3. I have found that it works best on hair that is slightly air-dried, not right out of the shower. :)

Good luck!

Aww...Thanks for posting my idea for the exchange!! i'm in--no matter what y'all decide!!!

I love your cutie patootie books!!!! They are too young for most of my 2nd graders (unfortunately, not all of them), and would be great for my 5 year old niece and nephew!! :)

My favorite hair product is Chi Silk Infusion (and my Chi straightener) They help make my wavy, frizzy hair nice and smooth!

Both of those ideas sound awesome for an exchange! As far as curly hair, I have no idea. I have stick straight hair. Even when I have had a perm, it dries straight! Have you seen The Small Things Blog? She is an awesome blogger/hair stylist that could probably recommend something great. And if you like pedicures, I am having a giveaway at my blog that would be a big help! Check it out!
